Beecomb House- Modern Water View House Downtown

It was a lovely place to stay. Close to everything we need and it’s nice to have a place you can cook. Positive: It’s close to everything in downtown Charlottetown. Negative: Because it’s close to downtown, it can get noisy at night, even on a weeknight. The water pressure in the shower is a bit on the weaker side.

Dream cottage in a pretty city. Positive: Perfectly nestled close to everything we were looking for! Having an actual cottage in town was the best way to experience PEI for my first time! My hosts (Garth and Rebecca)were super! Informative, welcoming and thoughtful. Replies to messages were prompt, and always friendly! Negative: I have zero complaints about any of my experience. Booking was easy on the app. Communication between myself and the owners was smooth and friendly. The weather wasn't super cooperative, but that's not a controllable situation.

Perfect location to explore PEI Positive: The location of it. The bathroom was amazing. The rooms are cosy. Host are wonderful! Negative: The stairs are narrow.

Positive: An attractive period property opposite Charlottetown waterfront, within easy walking distance of the excellent Receiver Coffee and fresh seafood restaurants. Clean, comfortable and cosy, the house is well equipped and welcoming – we awoke each morning to the sound of bird song! Negative: From September to May during the off-peak ‘shoulder season’, many attractions and businesses operate reduced hours or close altogether, which can be a drawback. If you are seeking peace and quiet, this is hard to beat. Highly recommended.
